Cooper Walker

Cooper is an experienced litigator who has spent his entire career devoted to defending the interests of corporate clients. Cooper has experience handling an array of business disputes, and he spends a significant portion of his practice defending the collection industry in federal and state courts. Cooper is well-versed in all phases of litigation including pre-litigation, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, trial, and appeal. Cooper’s work includes multiple trial and dispositive motion victories as well as being the lead drafter in a precedential opinion submitted by the Third Circuit in Conboy, et al. v. United States Small Business Administration, et al., 992 F.3d 153 (3d Cir. 2021).

While in law school, Cooper was elected the Executive Editor of what is now known as the Texas A&M Journal of Property Law. Before becoming the Journal’s Executive Editor, Cooper was elected Top Staff Editor for the Fall of 2013. Cooper was also elected by his class to be a member of the law school’s inaugural Honor Council. At graduation, Cooper was selected by his professors as one of only five graduates from the Class of 2015 to be inducted into the National Order of Scribes in recognition of his exceptional legal writing skills.
