David Grassi, Jr.

David is an associate in the Rock Hill, South Carolina office. His practice focuses on civil litigation, compliance, contracts, business litigation, and property disputes. Before joining the firm, David worked for two small, general practice firms where he primarily focused on civil litigation in both state and federal court. His experience includes numerous arbitrations, mediations, and trials (both bench trials and jury trials). He has also worked on more than a dozen appeals and argued in front of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, Florida’s Second District Court of Appeals, and the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
