Industry and Civic Involvement

At Frost Echols, we believe in taking an active role in both our industry and our community.

ACA International Leadership

Our founding partners, Mike Frost and Chad Echols, demonstrate their commitment through significant involvement with ACA International, the credit and collection industry’s primary trade association. Both have served in key leadership positions, including terms on ACA’s board of directors. Their leadership roles allow us to stay at the forefront of industry developments, contribute to policy discussions, and help shape industry best practices.

RMAi Engagement

Our firm maintains active involvement with Receivables Management Association International (RMAi), engaging with a diverse network of over 600 companies involved in the purchase, sale, and collection of performing and nonperforming receivables on the secondary market. Through RMAi, we participate in extensive networking, educational, and business development opportunities across various financial services fields, including debt buying, collection agencies, law firms, and originating creditors.

National Creditors Bar Association

As members of the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA), we participate in a premier network of over 350 law firms dedicated to creditors rights law. NCBA membership connects us with approximately 1,700 attorneys practicing across all 50 states, ensuring we stay current with developments in multiple practice areas including collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and student loans. This engagement helps us maintain the highest standards of professional, responsible, and ethical practice while serving our clients.

Community Commitment

Beyond our industry involvement, Frost Echols is dedicated to strengthening our local community through active civic engagement. We believe that being a quality corporate citizen means investing both time and resources in organizations that enhance our community’s quality of life.
