Jenna Williams

Jenna was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. She attended the University of Florida for undergrad and received her J.D. at the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2012. Jenna currently lives in Charlotte, North Carolina and is licensed to practice in both North and South Carolina.
She joined The Echols Firm, LLC (now Frost Echols, LLC) in 2017. She handles litigation defense and compliance. Her focus is assisting creditors and collection agencies with FDCPA, TCPA and FCRA compliance matters, including regulatory investigations (CFPB, FTC, state level), compliance management systems, audits, collection letter reviews, contract reviews and all other compliance-related aspects of the collection industry.
